The Daily Telegraph reported that Pietersen may leave as early as Monday, when the England squad depart India for Chittagong for their next game, against Bangladesh. England will have to apply to the International Cricket Council to request a replacement. Eoin Morgan, at Middlesex, and Craig Kieswetter, with the England Lions in the Caribbean, are possibilities.
